PMAlliance is commissioning research to understand how organizations actually deliver work, from alignment and planning through execution and results. The study focuses on what consistently drives successful outcomes and where gaps remain, using input from practitioners and leaders across industries.
Anyone involved in delivering projects in their organization: PMO leaders, project and program managers, sponsors, and executives who care about execution, not just funding. Your on-the-ground perspective is what makes the findings credible.
Responses are combined with others to produce an aggregate, fact-based view of project management effectiveness. Individual answers are not attributed in published findings. The aim is a clear industry snapshot grounded in practice.
